Megan Burns

Megan Burns combines her broad technical skills with an ability to lead client teams on a variety of projects. For example, she helps clients deploy KCIC’s Ligado Platform for claims management — helping manage their mass-tort data, especially in the asbestos personal injury arena.

Megan’s ability to listen, problem-solve and work with large, complex data sets also makes her a critical team member on Consulting projects, such as allocations to enforce coverage-in-place and other types of insurer billing agreements. She also gets involved in litigation/settlement support and complex analysis of claims data, insurance assets, and damages. And, she is KCIC’s point person for generating the annual and mid-year asbestos litigation trend reports.
