Maria Sadowska

Director, Customer Experience at KCR

Maria Sadowska has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maria started their career in 2011 as a Pharmacist at Super-Pharm and then moved on to work as a Consultant in a pharmacy area at Medical Business and Science in 2012. In the same year, they also worked as a Pharmacist at Lekcom.

From 2013 onwards, Maria joined KCR, where they held several positions. Maria started as a Proposal Assistant, responsible for RFIs and active participation in RFPs processing. Maria then worked as a Medical Affairs and Proposal Associate, actively supporting the Medical Affairs & Proposals Department. Maria was also a Customer Management Lead, responsible for analyzing the client database and implementing customer-centric processes.

Later, Maria became a Customer Relations Manager, overseeing customer communications. Maria then took on the role of Manager, Commercial Project Support, leading the Proposals and Customer Relationship Management Departments. In this role, they developed strategies for clinical trials execution, budgets, and proposals, as well as handling negotiations with clients and vendors.

Most recently, Maria served as an Associate Director of Commercial Project Support, responsible for the development of customer experience strategies and identifying improvement areas. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Experience at KCR, ensuring the delivery of a sophisticated end-to-end customer experience to clients across all services.

Maria Sadowska earned a Master's degree in Pharmacy from Jagiellonian University from 2006 to 2011. Maria then pursued a postgraduate program in Medical Business Management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, they briefly studied Pharmacy at the University of Malta in 2011.
