Victoria Pleasants

Victoria Pleasants has over 17 years of work experience in the field of clinical research and development. Victoria is currently serving as the Executive Director, Clinical Monitoring at KCR since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Learning and Development at KCR from February 2023 to November 2023. Before joining KCR, Victoria worked at GRAIL as an Associate Director, Clinical Compliance International from October 2022 to February 2023. Victoria also held the position of Director, Clinical Management at Clinipace from October 2021 to October 2022. Additionally, Victoria has extensive experience at Synteract, where they held various positions including Senior Clinical Process Implementation Director, Clinical Process Implementation Director, Associate Director Clinical Operations, Associate Director Clinical Trial Management, and Senior clinical operations manager from 2015 to 2021. Victoria began their career at Amgen in 2006, where they served as the Training and Development Manager from December 2012 to May 2015 and as a Clinical Research Study Manager from March 2006 to December 2012. Prior to joining Amgen, Victoria worked as a Clinical Research Associate at PPD from June 2004 to March 2006.

Victoria Pleasants attended Norwich High School for Girls from 1992 to 1999. Victoria then went on to study at the University of East Anglia from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology and Management.
