Karina Morgan-Jack

Karina Morgan-Jack is a seasoned professional in regulatory and analytical chemistry, currently holding the position of Senior Regulatory Engineer at kdc/one since April 2025 and Senior Scientist in Global Compliance Regulatory Affairs Product Labeling at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Karina spent 16 years at L'Oreal U.S.A., advancing through roles from Analytical Chemist to Senior Chemist II. Initial experience includes a position as an Analytical Chemist at OHM Laboratories, where quality control analyses were performed in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations. Karina began a career in the field as a Temp Chemist at Schering-Plough after earning a BA in Chemistry and Biology from Kean University in 2005.
