Michele Fabbri

Michele Fabbri has over 20 years of experience in operational excellence and lean management. Michele currently serves as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at kdc/one, where they develop and implements sustainable lean solutions across regions and plants. Prior to this role, they were the Group Operational Excellence Director at KDC/ONE Home Care.

Michele also has extensive experience at Zobele Group, where they held various roles, including Vice President of Operational Excellence, Group Operational Excellence Director, Acting General Manager, and Group Operational Excellence Manager. Michele was responsible for developing innovative and cost-effective product solutions for leading household and personal care brands.

In addition to their corporate experience, Michele has been a Luiss Lean Lab Technical Committee Member at LUISS Business School, where they contributed to the development of lean methodology. Before that, they worked at PRAMAC as a Corporate Lean Manager and Business Process & Quality Manager, and at Four Principles FZ-LLC as a Senior Consultant in Lean Management, focusing on the Middle East region.

Michele's earlier career includes roles at Alstom Transport as a Site Lean Leader and Procurement Engineer, and at Comart-Rosetti Marino as a Project Engineer. Michele began their career as a Manager at Hotel Los Angeles.

Michele Fabbri has a diverse education history encompassing multiple degrees and certifications. In 2007, they obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Management Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. In 2014-2015, they pursued an Executive Master in Lean Management, Toyota Production & Business System from CUOA Business School. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Michele Fabbri attended ESCP Business School and earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their degrees, Fabbri has obtained several certifications. In 2011, they achieved the certification of Project Management Expert from the Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali. Michele also completed the LIFE Breakthrough (Leadership Initiative for Excellence) program at CIMBA in 2013. In 2009, Fabbri participated in the Academy of Management program by Alstom. Furthermore, they completed an International development program for potential leading Executives at the PRETTL group in 2014 and earned the certification of Certified Innovation Leader (CIL) and Growth from the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2021.
