Mindy Hernandez

Mindy Hernandez is an accomplished R&D Chemist with extensive experience in the formulation of various cosmetic and therapeutic products. Currently serving as R&D Chemist II at kdc/one since July 2023, Mindy previously held the position of Director of R&D at Colorful Products, where responsibilities included overseeing product design and alignment with industry standards. With a strong background in the Cannabidiol industry, Mindy has expertise in chemically formulating custom products and collaborating with manufacturing partners. Previous roles at Midnight MFG, River Supply Co, and ScribeAmerica highlight capabilities in data analysis, consumer insight development, and emergency room documentation. Mindy holds a Master of Science in Cosmetic Science from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside.
