Bill Guthrey

Bill Guthrey has extensive work experience in the real estate development and investment industry. Bill started their career at SunWest Development in 1987, where they served as a Leasing Manager until 1990. Bill then joined FGB Realty Advisors in 1990 as a VP, and held this role until 1994. In 1995, Guthrey joined KDC Real Estate Development and Investments as a Senior Vice President, a position they continue to hold.

Bill Guthrey completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Real Estate Finance from the Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, which they attended from 1980 to 1984. Later, from 1990 to 1995, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. No specific field of study was mentioned for either degree.
