Bret Creel

Bret Creel has over 20 years of work experience in the construction and real estate development industry. Bret started their career at Clark Construction in 1993 as a Project Engineer, where they worked for over three years. Bret then joined Centex Construction in 1997, initially starting as an Assistant Project Manager & Project Engineer for two years before becoming a Project Manager for three years. Bret then transitioned into the role of Senior Estimator/Preconstruction and worked for Centex Construction for a total of eight years. In 2005, they joined Crescent Real Estate as a Senior Construction Manager/Project Manager, where they worked for six years. Later, in 2011, they joined Balfour Beatty Construction as their Chief Estimator for two years. Currently, Bret Creel is working at KDC Real Estate Development & Investments as the Senior Vice President of Design & Construction since February 2013.

Bret Creel completed a short online course on Commercial Real Estate Analysis at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the year 2020. In their earlier years of education, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business from 1988 to 1992. During their time at the university, they focused on their majors in Financial Management and Electrical Engineering.
