Green Associate Tracey Hatcher

Tracey Hatcher, LEED Green Associate, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracey began their career as a Sr. Client Facilities Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, managing renovation projects and overseeing facility management. Tracey then joined Heery International as a Director of Business Development, focusing on corporate client development and new interior design and facility management accounts. At HOK - Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum, Inc, Tracey worked as a Project Manager, managing a design staff and overseeing all phases of projects. Tracey then moved on to Interior Design Services Ltd as a Sales Associate and Client Representative, serving as the central point of contact for clients and providing a range of services including furniture sales, space planning, and move coordination. Tracey then joined Trammell Crow Company as a Project Manager - Bank of America Account, where they managed all aspects of project budgets and construction administration. Tracey continued their career at Merrill Lynch as a VP, Project Development & Services Sr. Project Manager, overseeing a portfolio of buildings and managing capital projects. At Bank of America, they held the role of VP, Corporate Workplace Sr. Project Manager, responsible for admin and retail capital projects. Tracey's most recent role was as Vice President Design and Construction at KDC Real Estate Development & Investments, where they focused on tenant improvement projects and retail tenant liaison. Throughout their career, Tracey has demonstrated expertise in programing, design and construction execution, procurement, and project management.

Tracey Hatcher, LEED Green Associate, obtained their Associate's Degree in Fine Art from Young Harris College between 1988 and 1990. Tracey then went on to attend The Atlanta College of Art (now SCAD- Savannah College of Art & Design) from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a degree in Interior Design. In addition, Tracey Hatcher holds a certification as a LEED Green Associate.
