Rick Sweat

Rick Sweat has extensive experience in the finance and accounting field. Rick began their career in 1977 and worked in various roles, including Audit Manager, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller, before joining Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager in 1997. In 1999, they moved on to Eagle Golf (formerly Evergreen Alliance golf Limited) as the VP of Financial Reporting & Controller. From 2002 to 2009, Rick served as a Senior Controller at Macfarlan Capital Partners, LP. Rick then became the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Centennial Real Estate Company in 2010. Later that year, they briefly worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Oakcrest Management, Inc. In 2011, Rick worked as a Contract Financial Consultant to Hillwood Investments - A Perot Company until 2012. Since 2013, Rick has been Vice President - Controller at KDC Real Estate Development & Investments.
