Rachel Figueroa

Rachel Figueroa is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at KCD since March 2023. Previously, Rachel held the position of Director of Human Resources at HITLAB for over 13 years, from November 2010 until November 2023. Earlier in career, Rachel worked as a Human Resources Manager at EMI Music from 2001 to 2005. Rachel Figueroa earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from Towson University between 1994 and 1996, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Literature from the State University of New York at Oswego from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, Rachel attended Mount Saint Ursula.
