Rachel Figueroa is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at KCD since March 2023. Earlier in career, Rachel worked as a Human Resources Manager at EMI Music from 2001 to 2005. Rachel Figueroa earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from Towson University between 1994 and 1996, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Literature from the State University of New York at Oswego from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, Rachel attended Mount Saint Ursula.
