Michael Walsh is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Electronic Fluorocarbons since March 2023, Michael is responsible for the strategic development of HR programs designed to attract and retain talent in a rapidly growing environment. Previously, as Director of Human Resources for North America and the Dominican Republic at iBASIS, Michael spearheaded initiatives in performance management and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Other notable roles include Strategic Global Commercial Learning Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at PerkinElmer, Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Partners HealthCare.
