William Marroletti

William Marroletti is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various capacities within the legal field. Currently serving as Partner and General Counsel at KCD since January 2016, William advises executive leadership on all legal matters and manages the negotiation and drafting of diverse commercial agreements. Prior to this role, William functioned as an Independent Consultant providing contract counsel to prominent law firms from 2007 to 2015, and also served as General Counsel for James Coviello Corp. from 2002 to 2007. William's earlier experience includes working as a Corporate Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, where responsibilities included due diligence and agreement preparation. An alumnus of Brooklyn Law School with a Juris Doctor degree, William graduated cum laude and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing and Psychology from The New School.
