Deepika Gulati has extensive experience in corporate finance and banking, currently serving as the Corporate Finance and Banking Head at KDDL Limited since December 2015. Responsibilities include financing, banking, debt restructuring, financial and business strategies, treasury management, risk management, working capital management, and compliance with FEMA regulations. Previous roles include Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager of Corporate Finance, and Corporate Finance Executive at Gupta Rajeesh and Associates, along with auditing articles at the Reserve Bank of India and Panjab National Bank. Deepika has a strong educational background, holding an MBA in International Finance and a diploma in Strategic Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Law (Tax Law) and a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
