Kebra has twenty-five years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing full-cycle marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C communication. Her experience with cross-functional teams has prepared her for providing support in a variety of departments, where her experience and skills have proven to increase efficiency, boost sales, and improve customer relationships.

Kebra knows the difficulties that her clients face because she worked with them on the “client side” for over ten years (ex: Coldwater Creek and Excelligence® Learning Corporation) before she began working for them as a vendor. She has worked for and with businesses of all sizes, from smaller businesses (ex: Upbeat Site Furnishings, HS Trask and Altura International) to Fortune 500 companies (ex: CDW and Dell), helping them improve sales, increase the house file, and streamline all customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Strong management skills enable Kebra to quickly orient to a range of business environments and uncover inefficiencies that negatively affect the return on investment of existing programs. She is attentive to detail, asks the hard questions, and keeps teams on task as they work toward achieving company goals. She is an innovative thinker with experience in all areas of customer relationship management. She understands buying cycles and has developed the strong industry contacts necessary for acquiring key prospecting leads.

Kebra holds an MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of California.
