Abby Gooding

Abby Gooding is an experienced professional in strategic growth and operations, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Growth and Operations at KE Andrews since November 2025. Prior to this role, Abby held the position of Director of Operations at Embark from March 2021 to October 2025, leading Client Operations, which included Execution and Revenue Operations. Earlier career experience includes progressive roles at KPMG, starting as an Associate in Deal Advisory & Strategy, and various positions in HR and operations, as well as a Staff Accountant position at Progress Rail. Abby began her professional journey as an Athletics Business Office Intern at Texas A&M University, where Abby also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development.
