Allen Phibbs

Allen Phibbs is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in education, coaching, and consulting within the transportation and automotive sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Education at KEA Advisors since July 2018, Allen specializes in supporting commercial transportation dealers. Concurrently, Allen operates as a DISC Consultant, Executive Coach, and Trainer at Maxwell Leadership, focusing on enhancing individual and group communication through behavior assessments. Previous roles include Senior Director of Consulting and Education and Academy Director at the National Automobile Dealers Association, as well as General Manager at Truck Enterprises Richmond Inc. Allen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Bridgewater College.
