Darvesh Kumar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR and industrial relations, currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Varun Beverages Limited since December 2023. Prior to this role, Darvesh held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd from March 2020 to November 2023 and served as HR Manager at United Breweries Ltd. from December 2010 to March 2020, managing end-to-end HR operations.
