Michael Carter

Michael Carter has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the technology sector. Michael is currently the Chief Information Officer at Kean Miller LLP since April 2023. Prior to this, they owned their own consulting firm, Scorpius Consulting, from November 2020.

Michael has also held various positions at Sparkhound, including Solution Director from May 2022 to December 2022, Practice Director of Application Development from September 2016 to May 2022, and Principal Consultant from December 2008 to September 2016.

In addition, Michael has served as the Chief Technology Officer at Serum Consulting, LLC from November 2015 to January 2020, and as the Applications Development Manager at Camsoft Data Systems from October 2007 to December 2008.

Michael Carter attended the University of South Alabama from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Business Administration. In November 2013, they also obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org.
