Daron Slone

Daron Slone has extensive work experience, primarily in the manufacturing industry. Daron is currently the Director of Operations at Kearfott Corporation, a role they began in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kearfott Corporation Motion Systems Division from 2016 to 2022, initially as a Production Manager and later as a Senior Production Manager. Daron also worked at Kearfott Motion Systems Division as a Quality Control Supervisor from 2015 to 2022. Before joining Kearfott, they were a Quality Engineer at International Automotive Components from June 2015 to September 2015. Daron also worked as a Program Manager at Linamar North Carolina from 2012 to 2015. Daron began their career at Kearfott Corporation Motion Systems division in 1990 as a Senior Quality Engineer and worked there until 2012. Daron also has experience working in the public sector, having served as Manager/Policy Author at the Town of Black Mountain from 1986 to 1989.

Daron Slone completed a Bachelor of Science in Management from UNC ASHEVILLE from 1984 to 1989.
