Ryan McCarty

Ryan McCarty, MBA, currently serves as a Proposal Manager at Kearfott Corporation since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of CBS Manager (Continuous Improvement) at Crane Co. from August 2021 to July 2023 and worked as a Cost Engineer Associate at Project Time & Cost, LLC from May 2020 to August 2021. Ryan began a career in academia at West Virginia University as a Graduate Assistant and later held roles as a Teaching Assistant and Student from August 2014 to May 2020. Early career experiences include internships at Constellium, Mesker Door Inc., and Barrios Technology, LTD, along with a laborer position at Architectural Interior Products. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a Master's degree in Business Administration, all from West Virginia University.
