Adel Alfalasi

Adel Alfalasi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in consulting and strategic roles across prominent organizations in the Middle East. Currently serving as Partner and Managing Director at Kearney since May 2025, Adel was previously a Partner and UAE CEO at Oliver Wyman from February 2021 to April 2025, where also served as Head of the Abu Dhabi Office. Prior to that, a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company from January 2018 to January 2021, and held significant positions at the Prime Minister's Office - UAE, including Executive Director of the Strategic Support Sector and Director of Special Projects from October 2009 to January 2018. Earlier, Adel contributed as Executive Director of the Dubai Competitiveness Council from January 2008 to September 2009. Educational credentials include an Executive Course from Columbia Business School in 2010.
