Frederic Dittmar

Frederic Dittmar is a Principal and Head of Recruiting Switzerland at Kearney, where Frederic has been employed since July 2016. Prior to this role, Frederic held various positions within Kearney, including Project Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Summer Trainee. Frederic's earlier experience includes internships at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Henkel, and INVERTO AG, as well as serving as a teaching assistant and tutor at Fontys Hogescholen and Maastricht Graduate School of Governance, respectively. Frederic holds a Master of Science in CEMS/International Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, with additional studies at HEC Paris and City University of Hong Kong. Frederic completed a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Maastricht University and earned the Abitur from Feodor-Lynen Gymnasium Planegg.
