Krystian Kamyk

Krystian Kamyk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and financial services. Currently a Partner & Managing Director at Kearney since February 2009, Krystian specializes in driving large scale transformations for financial institutions, telecommunications providers, and private equity portfolio companies, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, expansion, and operational efficiency. Prior roles include Principal and Manager at ConQuest Consulting, where Krystian served as President of the Supervisory Board, overseeing its management and guiding consulting services for small to medium enterprises in Poland. Additional experience includes a Vice President position at Conquest Consulting and an analyst role at BGŻ S.A. Krystian holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking and a Master’s degree in Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, complemented by a student exchange program at Northeastern Illinois University.
