Martin Kuca

Martin Kuca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and public administration. Since January 2007, Martin has served as a Partner and Managing Director at A.T. Kearney. Previously, from June 2015 to January 2019, Martin held the position of Deputy Minister Advisor at the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, where responsibilities included supporting the ministry's strategic agenda regarding state-owned enterprises. Before this role, Martin worked as an Investment Specialist at Middle Europe Investments, analyzing investment opportunities in the CEE region for a Dutch real estate investment fund. Martin's early career included a position as an Account Specialist at TBWA\Worldwide, managing marketing campaigns for various clients. Martin holds a CEMS MIM in International Management from The University of Economics in Prague and an MSc in Regional Studies and Public Administration, along with a BSc in International Trade from Prague University of Economics and Business.
