Robin Allaman

Robin began her nursing journey at Kearny County Hospital while studying nursing at Garden City Community College. After a 30+ year career as a registered nurse, Robin returned to her nursing roots in Lakin to assume KCH’s Chief Nursing Officer position. Robin has over 20 years of leadership experience in nursing and earned her Master’s in Nursing Leadership from Tabor College. Most recently, Robin served as the Vice President of Patient Care Services for Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, Kansas, where she led all nursing and patient care divisions. As CNO at Kearny County Hospital, Robin oversees patient care, as well as fiscal, operational and administrative responsibilities for all KCH nursing departments. Robin collaborates closely with KCH medical staff and the clinical leadership team at KCH’s High Plains Retirement Village.
