Jody T. Klekamp

Jody Klekamp is dedicated to helping developers and lenders navigate commercial and residential real estate purchases, sales and financing transactions. Jody has more than 25 years of experience, and is a trusted advisor to some of the firm’s top clients.

Although her practice involves all areas of real estate law, Jody has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts and leases for shopping centers, planned developments, and office and warehouse facilities. She has represented real estate developers in the acquisition, construction and financing of single-family residential units, multi-family apartments, condominiums, as well as retail and office space.

Jody also provides clients with practical advice when it comes to governmental land-use regulation, including zoning codes, applications to change zoning regulations, building codes, eminent domain and regulatory takings.

Jody has served on several industry-related committees with the Ohio State Bar Association and is an active member of the KMK Law Women’s Initiative Committee.
