Donna Brand

Donna Brand, CPA, has a diverse range of work experience. Donna started their career in 1987 as a Staff Accountant at Kessler Orlean Silver, where they worked until 1990. In 1990, they joined CF Industries as a Financial Reporting Analyst for a brief period before moving on to Keats Manufacturing Co. In their time at Keats, Donna held various roles, starting as a Controller from 1990 to 1997, then becoming the Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 2005. Donna was later promoted to Executive Vice President in 2005 and ultimately assumed the role of Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer in May 2021. Donna's diverse background in finance and operations makes their a valuable asset in the business sector.

Donna Brand, CPA obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business/Management from North Park University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Donna later acquired their Certified Public Accountant certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in September 1989.
