Omar Roels

Omar Roels is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in project management within the refining, chemicals, and petrochemicals industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Kebony since September 2021, Omar previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at Worley Belgium B.V. from November 2019 to October 2021 and returned to Kebony as Engineering Manager from June 2016 to November 2019. Omar's experience includes overseeing the design, building, and commissioning phases of the new facility in Antwerp, Belgium, as well as managing various engineering projects at Jacobs Engineering from 1998 to 2016. Omar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from technical college Arnhem & Nijmegen, which has been pursued since 2008.
