Erick Friestrom has worked for various companies in the surveying and engineering industry since 1999. Erick started as a Co-op at Michigan Department of Transportation, working during summer breaks and part-time during their final year of college. Erick later became an Instrument Operator at U.P. Engineers and Architects in 2001. In 2002, they joined Fishbeck Thompson Carr & Huber as a Project Surveyor. Erick then moved to KEBS, Inc. in 2012, first as a Survey Project Manager and later promoted to Vice President in 2017. Currently, Friestrom is the Chief Executive Officer at KEBS, Inc., a position they started in December 2022.
Erick Friestrom obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Surveying Engineering from Ferris State University between 1997 and 2002.
