Vivek Shukla

Vivek Shukla, CA, CISA, DISA, LLB(Gen.), has over 30 years of experience in various roles related to internal audit, risk management, compliance, and assurance. Vivek most recently served as the Head of Internal Audit at KEC International Ltd., starting in 2012. Prior to that, they were the Group Head of Management Assurance at Ruia Group from 2011 to 2012. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as the General Manager of Internal Audit & Risk Assurance at Welspun Corp Ltd. Earlier in their career, Vivek worked at KPIT Cummins as a Senior Manager in Risk Management & Compliance from 2005 to 2010. Vivek also held the role of Senior Manager at KPIT from 2005 to 2009. Vivek started their career as an Audit & Tax Consultant at N V Vale & Co. in 1987. Vivek has also worked as an Internal Audit Consultant at Sify in 2004. Vivek's extensive experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance demonstrates their expertise in these areas.

Vivek Shukla, CA, CISA, DISA, LLB (Gen.), completed their education at multiple institutions. Vivek obtained their B.Com, LLB (Gen) degree in Chartered Accountancy and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1983 to 1986. Vivek also studied Financial Management, Auditing, and Costing & Income-Tax at Mulund College of Commerce from 1979 to 1984, earning a B Com degree. Prior to that, they completed their SSC from Friends Co-operative Education Society from 1969 to 1979. Vivek further enhanced their knowledge in Information Technology by obtaining the CISA certification from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association® - ISACA, Illinois.
