Katrina Yahner

Katrina Yahner is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing diverse real estate portfolios. Currently serving as a Regional Property Manager at Thompson Thrift since October 2024, Katrina previously held the position of Assistant Vice President at Advenir Living, managing over 1,500 units and mentoring Regional Directors. Katrina's career also includes roles as Regional Director and Senior Property Manager at Klingbeil Capital Management, Ltd., where significant achievements included overseeing a 633-unit portfolio and receiving the 2016 Budget Beater Award. Additional experience includes positions as Property Manager and Leasing Consultant at American Campus Communities and Gene B. Glick Co., demonstrating a strong focus on operational efficiency, resident satisfaction, and team leadership. Katrina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and has completed coursework for a Master's Degree in Residential Property Management at Ball State University.
