Mike Danubio

Mike Danubio has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles related to people, talent, and human resources. Mike currently holds the position of Chief People & Culture Officer at Keches Law Group, where they lead the firm's efforts in protecting the rights of injured individuals. Previously, they served as a Partner at True Search, where they helped connect companies with strategic talent. Prior to that, they worked at the Boston Red Sox in different HR roles, including Vice President and Senior Director. Mike also served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Hasbro and Senior Recruiting Manager at CVS Caremark. Mike began their career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP as a Senior Auditor and later moved on to the role of Director of Campus Recruitment. Overall, Mike's work experience spans across various industries and demonstrates their expertise in people management and talent acquisition.

Mike Danubio earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Accounting from Messiah University, graduating in 1995. Mike also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) obtained in November 1998 from the Massachusetts Board of Public Accountancy and being a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) obtained in January 2001 from HRCI. Additionally, Mike has obtained certifications in Mastering Emotional Intelligence from TalentSmart and as a Predictive Index Certified Analyst from The Predictive Index.
