Amber Dobbs

Amber Dobbs has a robust background in healthcare management and public health, currently serving as Program Manager for Quality and Outcomes Management at Keck Medicine of USC since May 2018, following a role as Special Project Manager in the Department of Surgery. Prior experience includes an Administrative Resident in the Department of Surgery at the University of Southern California from 2017 to May 2019 and a Public Health Intern with Champions for Health, where contributions focused on enhancing community health and wellness. Amber Dobbs earned a Master of Health Administration with a focus on Public Policy from the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University.
