Kim Carli

Kim Carli currently serves as the Chief of the Office of Performance & Transformation at Keck Medicine of USC since June 2023. Previously, Kim held several leadership roles at City of Hope from November 2010 to May 2023, including VP of Operations - Service Line and Patient Access, VP of Service Line Operations, Executive Director of Enterprise Program Management and Process Improvement, and Director of Process Improvement, focusing on lean process improvement and cultural transformation. Prior experience includes serving as Section Administrator for Hematology/Oncology at the University of Chicago and roles at the University of Chicago Hospitals, where responsibilities encompassed operations management and patient satisfaction. Kim began professional education with a BSE in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and further obtained an MSHS in Health Systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
