Krist Azizian

Krist Azizian, Pharm.D., MHA, serves as the Chief Pharmacy Officer and Chief Regional Oncology Officer at the University of Southern California since 2012. Previously, Krist held the position of Director of Pharmacy Services at Providence Health & Services from 2009 to 2012, and at West Hills Hospital and Medical Center from 2006 to 2009. Krist's career in pharmacy also includes roles as Clinical Manager and Clinical Pharmacist at CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center from 2001 to 2006. Krist Azizian holds an Executive Master of Health Administration from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology from the same institution.
