Govindarajan Narayanan

Govindarajan Narayanan was the former Managing Director of Aurobindo Pharma Limited. He has played a pivotal role in accelerating growth by identifying new lines of business, new products and markets. His strategy and approach has resulted in better execution, diversification and transparency. Before Aurobindo, he served as the Managing Director and CEO of Shasun Pharmaceuticals Limited where he was the driving force for developing new businesses.

He has more than 3 decades of experience across a plethora of domains in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry mainly Bulk Drugs, Finished Dosages, CRAMS, Biotechnology, Vaccines, etc.

He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Annamalai University.
