Keir Strauss has extensive experience in compliance and legal roles within the healthcare and biopharma sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Global Compliance Officer and CFIUS National Security Officer at Kedrion Biopharma US, Keir oversees ethics and compliance for the global Commercial and Plasma business units. Previous positions include Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Elligo Health Research, where responsibilities included corporate compliance and legal functions. As Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Global Risk & Compliance Officer at PRA Health Sciences, Keir established a Risk Management Office and compliance functions. Furthermore, as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Syneos Health, Keir played a key role in compliance during a major merger and led global data privacy initiatives. Keir holds a Juris Doctor from Widener University Schools of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
