Beth Faley

Beth Faley is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and training. Currently serving as HR Manager at Kedrion Biopharma since September 2017, Beth partners with executives and department managers to ensure effective HR practices. Previously, as Recruiting Manager at Kedrion Biopharma Inc. from January 2015, Beth managed the full recruiting life cycle to align with the company's strategic objectives. Additional experience includes serving as Physician Liaison at Community Health Systems, where collaborative relationships were established between business offices and physician communities, and roles at Allied Personnel Services, AD Computer, and National Westminster Bank, where skills in payroll processing, personnel recruitment, and training program development were honed. Beth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Moravian University.
