Stefano Bovani has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Stefano began their career as an Analyst at Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2006 and later joined Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson in the same role.
In 2009, Stefano took on the role of Analytical Development & QC Leader at Patheon. Stefano coordinated the technical staff in the Pharmaceutical Development Services group, working on activities such as developing SOPs, protocols, and analytical methods. Stefano also collaborated with other departments like Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing Department.
From 2015 to 2022, Stefano worked at Kedrion Biopharma as an Analytical Development Manager. Stefano was responsible for coordinating the technical personnel in the Analytical Development group and performed activities such as developing analytical methods and training staff. Stefano also worked closely with other sectors such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing Department.
Stefano's most recent position, starting in 2022, is at Kedrion S.p.A. as a Quality Control Manager. Stefano is currently responsible for managing the quality control processes in the company.
Throughout their career, Stefano has been a change leader in process optimization and transformation. Stefano has also conducted Lean Assessments to optimize laboratory activities based on the "theory of 5S".
Stefano Bovani has a Laurea in Chimica Industriale from Sapienza Università di Roma with a field of study in MFN. In addition, they have obtained a Master "Quality by Design" certification from Tartari & Partners and a Certification in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) from IISCM-Institute for Integrated Supply Chain Management | APICS | CSCP|CLTD|ASCM Certification course.
