Patricia Norman

Prior to her retirement, Patricia had a career in IT, primarily in the travel sector. She worked for Britannia Airways for 20 years before spending eight years with Thomas Cook, where she held the positions of Programme Director and Chief Information Officer for the company’s UK business. She then moved into consultancy, specializing in the management and implementation of programs that had previously stalled.

Patricia lives in Central Bedfordshire with her husband and two sons. She enjoys walking, keeping fit at a local gym, and learning Mandarin, purely for the fun and challenge!
