Andriy Pletinka

Andriy Pletinka has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andriy started their career in 2005 at Danish Textiles SC, where they held positions such as Lead Engineer Assistant, Technical Service Engineer, and Lead Engineer until 2008.

In 2011, Andriy joined SE Bordnetze UA as a Power Engineer, where they worked until 2012.

From 2012 to 2018, Andriy worked at Keel Solution, initially as a Technical Engineer responsible for Asset Data Management in the Oil&Gas Industry. Later, they held roles such as Master Data Management Unit Manager and Head of Asset Data Management, where they managed a team of 20+ people and was involved in project management, quality assurance, and client communication.

Since 2022, Andriy has been working at the National Guard of Ukraine, where they have held various roles, including Company Commander Assistant and Company Commander with the rank of Lieutenant and Senior Lieutenant, respectively. As of March 2023, they currently serve as a Company Commander with the rank of Captain.

Andriy Pletinka attended Lviv Polytechnic National University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Electromechanical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Andriy has also pursued various certifications. In 2012, they obtained the BOSIET & HUET certification from OPITO. In 2017, they completed the Successful Project Management Formula program at Lviv Business School of UCU (LvBS). Furthermore, Andriy has obtained certifications in areas such as Managing Project Risks and Changes, Budgeting and Scheduling Projects, and Initiating and Planning Projects from Coursera. Andriy has also completed courses on Daily Effective Management, Effective Communication of a Manager, and Team Formation and Leader's Role from the institution ROK: River Of Knowledge in 2018.
