Jay Mangicaro

Jay Mangicaro has a strong background in healthcare technology and business development. Jay is currently employed as a Senior Manager of Client Relations at Keena Healthcare Technology since August 2020. Prior to this, from July 2017 to July 2020, they held the position of Director of Client Development at EHR Integration Services. In this role, they were responsible for setting up client relations programs and processes to drive sustainable growth, focusing on new business acquisition and customer retention.

From May 2012 to July 2017, Jay worked as the President of Mangicaro Consulting, Inc., which they founded. Jay's career in the healthcare industry began as the Director of Sales and Marketing at HCIA, Inc. from 1988 to 1991. In this role, they played a key role in turning around the company's declining revenue by reorganizing sales efforts and implementing value selling strategies.

Jay Mangicaro obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Syracuse University, which they completed between 1973 and 1977. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Global Marketing from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
