Christine Allen

Health Coach & Community Events Planner at Keene Family YMCA

Christine Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Most recently, they served as the Executive Director at Monadnock Peer Support Agency (MPS) starting in December 2020. Prior to this, Christine founded and spoke at Empowerment Monthly Seminars for Women Empowering Women since 2013. Christine also worked as a Health Coach & Community Events Planner at Keene Family YMCA starting in 2008. In 2012, Christine took on the role of Inmate Health & Life Coach at Cheshire County House of Corrections. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Family Support Counselor for Partners in Health (PIH) at Monadnock Developmental Services, providing social support and services to families of children with chronic health conditions. Christine served as the Manager of Community Engagement & Recruitment at Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains from 2014 to 2017, focusing on outreach, fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and empowering young women in the community. Christine also served as the Director of Admissions at Kaplan University from 2004 to 2008 and as a Human Resources Generalist at Kronos Incorporated from 1998 to 2004.

Christine Allen has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. Christine also holds an Associate's degree in Human Services, General from Kaplan University. In addition to their formal education, Christine has obtained certifications including Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor (CPFT-) from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America - AFAA in 2008, Commitment Based Selling, Action Selling Certificate from Sandler Training in 2008, and a Certification in Life Coaching from Kaplan University.
