Jody Bettiga

Jody Bettiga has extensive experience in sales, customer service, and training across various industries. Currently serving at Keeneland Association since September 2012, Jody focuses on marketing products and enhancing customer experiences during race meets. Previously, Jody worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Fiserv, where collaboration with other business units and customer profiling increased sales. Jody's background also includes serving as a Client Services Coordinator at Visiting Angels, coordinating care plans and interacting with clients, as well as a Training and Development Specialist at GMR Marketing, where Jody developed and delivered tailored training programs. Jody began a professional career at PC Mall Business Solutions as a Training Manager, leading employee training initiatives. Jody holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
