Fedorov Ihor has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Head of Human Resources Development at KeenEthics since July 2017. In this role, Fedorov leads recruitment strategies, manages employer branding initiatives, and enhances the company's Employee Value Proposition. Prior experience includes positions as Resource Manager and Head of HR at SEVEN® from July 2015 to June 2017, focusing on resource planning, team development, and internal project management. Fedorov's career began at Vodafone Ukraine, where leadership skills were honed as Head of High-Value Client Services Team from May 2004 to July 2015. Fedorov holds bachelor's degrees in Organization Management and Administration from Berdyansk University and in Law from Oles Honchar Dnipro National University.
