Joerg-Michael Friedrich

Joerg-Michael Friedrich, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Corporate Sales Controlling at KEENFINITY Group, where responsibilities include driving transparency and strategic decision-making in Group Sales and Order Intake, along with leading the central Sales Controlling team. With a robust background in sales steering, performance management, and controlling, Joerg-Michael held multiple director-level roles at Bosch Security and Safety Systems from September 2010 to September 2025, focusing on performance programs, divisional controlling, and logistics. Previous experience includes leading an international controlling team at Bosch USA and project leadership in implementing SAP systems in the automotive sector. Joerg-Michael holds both an M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, along with additional academic experience at the University of California, Berkeley, and Sciences Po Strasbourg.
