Ann Radil

Ann Radil is an accomplished sustainability leader with extensive experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of The KEEN Effect at KEEN since September 2025, Ann Radil leads initiatives focused on sustainability, philanthropy, and advocacy, while setting science-based climate targets and promoting circularity. Prior roles include Senior Sustainability Advisor at Watershed, Strategic Advisor and Head of Carbon Reduction at Neutral, and Senior Management Consultant at Slalom Consulting, where Ann Radil contributed to significant ESG strategy advancements and decarbonization efforts. Ann Radil's career also includes key positions at Nike, Parametrix, and Ecova, each emphasizing innovative climate solutions and stakeholder engagement. Ann Radil holds a B.A. in Environmental Geography and Geology from Colgate University and an M.S. in Climate Change Science from the University of Montana.
