Since August 2020, Caitlin has successfully led new product initiatives and focused on synthesizing research findings through wear testing. Prior roles in eCommerce and customer service include monitoring global digital engagements and servicing inquiries while mastering various online retail programs. Caitlin also has a strong background in the hospitality sector, having served as a Bar Manager in multiple establishments and developed skills as a Peer Mentor at Portland State University, where Caitlin achieved a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography. Experience in marine research includes conducting field studies and participating in wildlife assessments.
