Donna Kolisnyk

Donna Kolisnyk currently serves as the Director of Operations at KEEN, a position held since February 2014, where responsibilities include planning and enhancing supply chain partnerships and conducting annual contract reviews to align with budget requirements. In addition, Donna holds a position on the Board of Directors for Soles4Souls Canada since December 2019, contributing to the organization's mission of creating sustainable jobs and alleviating poverty through the distribution of footwear and clothing. Previously, Donna was the Director of Operations for The Clarks Companies in Canada from July 2004 to February 2014, overseeing customer service programs to ensure high satisfaction levels. Prior roles include Canadian Customer Service Manager with responsibility for managing the customer service team, Regional Retail Sales Manager for Total Communications from January 2000 to March 2004, and Inside Sales Manager at Premier Farnell between 1996 and 2004.
